Andrea Gallitano has been practicing law in Vermont since 1992 and focuses on business law and general litigation.  Andrea advises business clients on a wide range of issues including contracts, employment, property, licensing, insurance, and civil rights matters.  Andrea has conducted dozens of jury and bench trials to verdict, as well as numerous hearings in state and federal court.  Andrea has also been lead counsel in multiple appeals to both the Vermont Supreme Court, the 2nd Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

 

Andrea is a graduate of the University of Vermont (B.A. 1987) and Emory Law School (J.D. 1991).  He is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and the Vermont Trial Lawyers Association.

 

Andrea is a member and former president of the Lions Club in Barre.  He resides in Barre with his son, Samuel.
