David focuses his practice on Estate

complicated Estate and Probate related litigation. He currently serves
as guardian or trustee for numerous individuals and represents and advises
third party guardians, trustees, administrators, and executors. David
is one of the most experienced probate attorneys in Vermont. He is the
former president of the Vermont chapter of ACTEC and a "New England Super
Lawyer" in the field of Estate Planning.

 Andrea Gallitano
Andrea concentrates
his practice on
business law and general litigation. He advises businesses on a
variety issues. He also dedicates a portion of his
practice to personal injury litigation.

Adrian Otterman
Adrian concentrates his practice in the areas of Estate
Planning and Settlement;
Estate, Trust, and Guardianship Litigation; and Business law. Adrian handles
numerous primary and ancillary estates and is experienced at representing
out-of-state clients in the administration of estates, guardianships or other probate
matters. Adrian also advises guardians and trustees and serves
as trustee.
