        The law firm of Otterman and Allen is a Martindale Hubble “A” rated general practice firm serving clients throughout the state of Vermont with an emphasis in Washington, Orange, and Caledonia counties.  Established in 1965 by Harvey "Bud" Otterman Jr. (of Topsham), and O. Fay Allen Jr. (of Chelsea), the firm is now operated and led by Bud's son, David Otterman.  David has recently been elected as a member of the "New England Super Lawyers" in the field of Estate Planning.  Also practicing with David are Andrea Gallitano, and David's son, Adrian Otterman.

        Although the firm's geographic emphasis is within Washington, Orange and Caledonia counties, it's reputation for handling difficult guardianship, estate and trust related litigation results in a presence throughout most of Vermont's probate courts.  The firm also has a reputation for preparing understandable estate plans for high net worth clients and for the efficient administration of trusts.
